GKS Scholarship Applicants

Eligibility

For prospective international applicants who wish to join our laboratory through the GKS scholarship program, I only consider applicants who meet all of the following criteria:

Academic record: a cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.9 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
First-author NLP publication: you have published, as the first author, a paper on an NLP-related topic in an NLP-related journal or conference.

Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

How to Contact Me

Applicants are strongly encouraged to contact me well in advance of the official application period. In your initial contact email, you should clearly explain:

the research topic you would like to pursue in our lab,
the specific ideas or hypotheses you want to investigate, and
how you plan to design and carry out the experiments.

Please also include your CGPA and the full reference of your first-author NLP publication. If you have already conducted relevant experiments, please include your results, figures, or analysis. If possible, attach a draft manuscript, research proposal, or preliminary write-up so that I can evaluate your readiness and research direction more effectively.
